Can I use my own backdrop and props?
Yes! If you have your own backdrop, props or other structures you would like to incorporate into the BAB installation, feel free to. However, we have a couple rules:
We want the best outcome for your event so any client-provided or client-rented backdrops and props MUST be set-up prior to our arrival so there is adequate time for the BABs team to complete the balloon installation. Less time means less pretty 
If your backdrop(s) and/or props are not set up on-time, we may not be able to use it and will require you have an alternate location to install.
All backdrops (frames, pipe and drape, walls, etc.) are required to have weights for stabilization. We recommend two sandbags or weights at least a total of 40 lb (more if it is windy outside). Our balloon garland can tip your backdrop over. They’re Big Ass Balloons after all – safety first! If the weights provided are not heavy enough, we will do our best to use your structure(s), but please have a plan B. If the structure(s) falls over during or after our installation due to improper weights, we are not responsible.
When BABs provides structure(s):
We are responsible for the delivery and pickup as well as the structures stability for the entire length of the party.
