How soon should I place an order?

We suggest letting us know as soon as possible, no matter how far in advance, to make sure you get a date and time reserved. Generally, we ask that custom orders be placed at least 2-weeks in advance to give our team adequate time to create something awesome for you! During the holiday seasons, we recommend 2-3 months in advance. This doesn’t mean you need to know all the details of your event yet, we just need to know your date, time and location.

If you have a last minute request within the same week of your party, we still may be able to accommodate you! Send us an email hello@bigassballoons.com with your party details and we will let you know our availability.

For gender reveal BABs, we can take your order now and accept the gender results 24 hours prior to delivery.
